They encountered a confrontational 25-year-old woman playing loud music in a rented car with an open alcohol container. Despite attempts to communicate, she refused cooperation, prompting her arrest for obstruction. At the station, her disruptive behavior persisted, leading to charges including possession of an open container and obstruction in court proceedings.
