Hi friends!

If you're new here, welcome to my channel, and if you're a returning subscriber, hi, love you. This vlog is going up a little later than expected ( whoops ), but I wanted to show y'all how I attempt to stay healthy when I go home to Texas, because it's a little more difficult to find healthy options there in comparison to Los Angeles.

I hope this video gives y'all some helpful tips about staying healthy while traveling OR gives y'all some inspo for lightened-up meals when you don't have that many clean options around you.
