2 LBS Chuck Roast
Salt and Pepper to taste
Olive oil, about 2 Tbs
3 stalks celery
2 cups cut up carrots
1 red bell pepper
2 medium potatoes
2 Tbs butter
1 large onion
4 cloves garlic
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup red wine
2 and 1/2 cups beef broth
6 TBS tomato paste
2 tsp dried thyme
2 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp dried rosemary
2 bayleaves
14 0z can sweet peas
