In order to claim the Skelton Hoodie, I starte a new game on Green Zone.
1.Take two hand grenades and a follower with you.
2. Locate two PHs.
3. Un-equip your melee weapon.
4. Lob a nade at it.
5. Start wacking at it with your CC knife until it explodes.
