Well vid on here shows the job being done with steering wheel being removed! I did not remove the steering wheel, also I mix it up myself while explaining but correct myself, lol anyways remove 2 screws on bottom of cover at wheel and basically not hard to remove. Is other scew going up for top cover I removed that just to lift cover up some to get at. Then from there I removed torx bolt inside, believe it was a T27, anyways being busted all ready made it easy to cheat out and reinstall, this job was not that bad at all
