This Penance Brand of Dissipation Build has been the best build I've played so far this League, and it's not even close. Honestly speaking, this build can easily hit 500+ Million DPS and can likely scale even higher. Be sure to follow the guide to ensure your mana is reduced to the minimum so you can enjoy spamming Penance Brand all over the place!

Remember too - that this can only have 5 Brands on the Ground at any time, so it's very easy on the hands to play because of this. You don't need to press any flasks at all once set up, so you can crank out Skeletons as you need and reapply Penance Brands depending on the content.
