In this video i talk about 30km zones. Schools, Parks and Playgrounds are often zoned in 30km\h areas where the road is marked by a double yellow line. The start of the double line equals to the beginning of a 30km zone and vice versa. Only signs with the speed limit underneath have the obligatory 30km. Other signs may be just warning sings or parks or schools without a 30km mandatory speed limit.
