1/2 kg Chicken breast
6 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce (or liquid seasoning)
1 whole Garlic head (minced, 1/3 for marinating, 2/3 for cooking)
1 tsbp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Cooking Oil
Seasoning
Chili Flakes (Optional)
Cracked Black Pepper to taste
TIP: If you don't have Worcestershire sauce, you can use liquid seasoning instead. You can also use butter instead of cooking oil for more flavor.
