Fedex employee tosses my camera lens from Canon direct 15 feet through the air onto the concrete steps into our door. Not only potentially damaging my lens but also potentially damaging our screen door. AND it wasn't even supposed to be dropped off, it was signature item.
Just to be clear, I understand packages are supposed to be packed in a way that are safe for drops, and tosses. But the intentional negligence of the employees, their attitude, and ignorance they portray is just not professional, or how the package should be handled at the final stage of shipping.
UPDATE: the lens is fine. As expected, it was packed and shipped by Canon direct, and they know how to pack their stuff. If this was shipped by Amazon I'd probably have had a damaged lens.
