Comparison between Galaxy S4 and Galaxy Note 2.
Is the Galaxy S4 better than the Galaxy Note 2?
Both, the Galaxy S4 and the Note 2 are amazing devices. The Galaxy S4 being new has better configuration, latest processing technology, newer Android version and a plethora of features that are currently unavailable in the Note II.
But my guess is that most of S4 features that are not dependant on the hardware (such as gesture sensor, temperature and pressure sensor, IR LED, etc), those features would be ported to the Note II as well in the future upgrade to Android 4.2.2 So it's only a matter of time.
The Note 2 is quite powerful itself, but the S4 definitely takes the crown of being the fastest Android device on the planet as of today's date!
The Galaxy Note 2, however, comes with the S Pen which I believe is a must for many working business professionals. The S Pen adds a great note taking functionality. The Galaxy S4 lacks the S Pen integration and hence takes a back seat in terms of note taking.
The S4 comes with a host of sensors and pre loaded applications that the Galaxy Note 2 is yet to experience in its next Android upgrade. All though apps such as WatchOn TV remote and S Health won't be possible on the Note 2 simply because of the absence of temperature/pressure sensors and IR LED.
The S4 also has a gesture sensors which enables users to change music tracks, flip through images, scroll web pages and answer phone calls by a simple wave of hand!.
The Galaxy S4 is a feature rich device that represents the future of technology and Samsung is carving its way and stepping into an era of gesture based and touch-less communication.
