Well this seemed like a bad idea on paper; having your Mom as a guest on your YouTube show... but its Christmas time and it ended up being really fun! She has an interesting past in 1960's tiki and well as with working as the Executive Assistant to Southern California car dealership legend, Cal Worthington!

To make the EASTERN SOUR:
--------------------------------------
2 1/2oz fresh orange juice
3/4oz fresh lemon juice
1/4oz orgeat
1/4oz simple syrup
2oz bourbon
--------------------------------------

Shake well with pebble ice. Pour unstrained into a double olde fashioned glass. Sink the spent shells of orange and lemon into glass. Garnish with pineapple and cherry.
