Hi everyone! Sorry to keep everyone waiting on more ASMR for so long! This was a really enjoyable session to film with Paige in the living room of our new home. Paige is always a pleasure to be around and we had a good time catching up before setting up to relax. In today's session, I experiment with some light soothing facial massage and gentle Gua Sha to induce sleep, stress relief, and relaxation. A lot of you have asked me about different Gua Sha techniques and I will be demonstrating some in upcoming videos. Gua Sha is popular in Vietnamese and Chinese alternative medicine and is traditionally used to stimulate the body & reduce inflammation and pain. The process itself can actually be quite painful often resulting in tissue damage to the external layers of skin. This video will not be exploring any of the traditional techniques, and instead will focus only on delicate strokes and gentle movements. Please enjoy.
