Step 1. Go to any outpost, and then go to the tavern and find the Mysterious Stranger.
Step 2. Next to the Mysterious Stranger, vote for the Shroudbreaker Quest
Step 3. Open Journal in Quests and read
Step 4. Travel to unnamed island in-between Crooked Masts and Crooks Hollow
Step 5. Find journal pages in sunken ship under water at small island
Step 6. Read new pages in journal and follow the guide which leads you to the Chicken Isle
Step 7. South side of Chicken Isle, swim in the water to find a treasure chest
Step 8. The totem in the treasure chest and pages will lead you to Crooks Hollow
Step 9. Take the totem to the caves in Crooks Hollow near the waterfall
Step 10. Place totem on the pedestal in the cave.
Step 11. Use lantern to light up the torches on the tomb inside.
Step 12. Use journal to enter solution on the posts that light up in the tomb.
Step 13. The pictures that appear on the tomb now will show you where to dig up different medallions.
Step 14. Dig up the 3 medallions one at a time and place them in the tomb for the next location of the next medallion.
Step 15. Pickup The Shroudbreaker that appears from a hidden vault inside the tomb.
Step 16. Take The Shroudbreaker back to any Mysterious Stranger in the tavern at any outpost.
