In today's installment, I tested my freedom to document with my cameras along the public sidewalk outside this Starbucks drive thru. The drive thru lane was busy at times while I was outside this location . A couple customers in line gave the ever classic cam-back & I was met outside by two separate employees one was possibly the shift supervisor. The first encounter was a cordial exchange & the gal expressed that she was just the messenger to ask not to record the drive thru window area. I told her I would be continuing doing what I was doing & she went back inside. The 2nd encounter was a little more forceful, when she wanted me to leave the premises & I asked her how she'd remove me from the sidewalk, she replied "you'll find out". A short time later, police arrived on scene parking at the end of the street & blocking the pedestrian ramp even though they did put their lights on ( I bring that up with them later on in the video , regarding how they parked) The main officer asked if there was any interaction between myself & the employees, I told him they were going to have me removed from the property although I was never on the property & that they'd have to figure out if I was based on looking at their camera footage. After police eventually left, I asked from the public sidewalk while the drive thru window was open, If they'd learned a lesson about public photography & of course got no comment.
Feel free to chime in below in the comment section with your thoughts on this one & as always I thank you for tuning in to the channel !
