I'm John Kelly of the Kelly Law Team. I wanted to talk to you about potential liable parties in truck accident cases. What I mean by potential liable parties is the people that might be held responsible for the injuries that you sustained. And in truck accidents, there's actually the possibility of a lot more parties that are involved with that truck that open up more options for who might be held responsible. For instance, if a truck's tire blows out and the load that it's carrying all falls off the flatbed, we really have to do a lot of research. And when we get cases like these, have someone with a catastrophic injury, a lot of medical bills piling up, we want to make sure that we're looking at all avenues of compensation that we can. So it could be the actual tire manufacturer that caused that accident. Or could it be driver error plus tire manufacturer? The cargo onto that truck, so there's another service that's involved. Maybe it's the manufacturer of the truck. Who is the company that this individual drives for? These are all issues that we need to look into. We need to be very detailed with it. A lot of times there's multiple insurance policies that will step up to the plate and compensate individuals. So what we want to do is make sure that we got them all in line and making sure that we're getting as much compensation as possible. It's a great idea to at least do a consultation with an attorney.
