The video presents a penetrating keratoplasty (PK) technique for an microftalmic single eye with congenital glaucoma and buftalmia, which underwent in the last 25 years several surgeries: Ahmed drenaige valve implantation, two PKs and one vitrectomy with silicone oil implantation for retinal detachment. Now, the patient presented graft failure.
During the third PK procedure, in "open sky", silicone oil bubbles were coming out, needing aspiration and cerclage pupilloplasty and the valve tube was too long in the AC, necessitating shortage by cut.
