5 medium onions
2 tsp salt
About 1 litre of water

2 eggs
4 small potatoes (grated)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp cumin powder (zeera)
3/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp coriander (you can use fresh too)
2 tbsp plain flour
2 tbsp gram flour (basen)
Oil for frying
