About Cindy Dallow:
Cindy Dallow is a registered dietitian, health coach, and certified intuitive eating counselor in practice for 30+ years, working in the area of weight-issues, intuitive eating, cardiac nutrition, and sports nutrition. She works with two different groups - women in midlife and triathletes, using intuitive eating principles for both groups. She is currently studying to become a NASM-certified personal trainer to help post-menopausal women become stronger and fitter as they age.
