500lbs (227.5kg) Squat done for 10 reps in the high bar position. Only equipment is a belt. Unfortunately with elbow tendinitis, I can't grab the bar like normal, but that's getting better and will hopefully resolve soon. Bodyweight is 247.2 this AM, so I guess this is a double bodyweight squat for 10 reps... not bad if I may say so!
