On the weekend of July 23rd to July 27th, 1999, the Woodstock music festival was held at the former Griffiss Air Force Base in Rome, New York. The Woodstock brand, made famous by the 1969 festival, was celebrating the 30th anniversary of the original festival. However, the 1999 edition quickly devolved into madness, being remembered for death, destruction, and greed.
