Salamoe Aleykoem my soldiers! In this video you see a Crazy Weighted Dips session with the Muslim Brothers. The Brothers tried to kill me today with the punishment drop set. The set started with 60kg weighted dips all the way down to bodyweight. The First set 60kg, 40kg(second set.), (20kg third set.) and the last set is your bodyweight only. How many repss should you do the sets? Until the Brothers say so... This session gave me the craziest Tricep pump so make sure you try it out! Weighted Calisthenics is the key for a strong upperbody!
