*Ingredients:*
- 2 beef paya (beef legs)
- 2 medium onions,
- 2 medium ginger, paste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons ghee or oil
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 cups water
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
*Instructions:*
1. Wash and clean the beef paya.
2. Heat oil in a large pot and sauté onions until golden.
3. Add ginger, garlic, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, turmeric, chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook for 1 minute.
4. Add beef paya, , beef broth, and water.
5. Bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat for 2-3 hours or until meat is tender.
