Today I'll share my tips for creating a lift for droopy, downturned eyes without using any eyeshadow. These makeup tips only take me about 5 minutes in the morning now that I have the hang of it. I originally created a YouTube short of this tutorial but I wanted to make a longer version that would give me more time to explain some of the steps. I hope it's helpful!
