Humanity is under attack. A mysterious alien race know as the "Collecters" are abducting human colonies... and they're working for the reapers. All we know is that they are from somwhere past the omega 4 relay, a relay in which no ship has ever returned from passing through. Commander Shepherd must past through this relay with a reaper IFF, and take the brightist, the toughest, and the deadliest individuals of the galaxy, in which is sure to be a suicide mission.
