To recharge a portal, click a nearby portal or click the home button, Inventory then Portal Keys. Click your designated key and click the picture of a key that is in the bottom right corner of the portal picture. Click the portal then click Charge on the bottom right. There are two charge options: Charge All that will charge each resonator slightly and Boosted Charge All will use more XM to recharge more of the resonators.
