Being a bodybuilder within the Wellness Division it is vital that I sculpt a dense and muscular lower body! In particular glutes, hamstrings and quads!
I never usually like to train glutes as I struggle to connect well and see progress with training and the shape of my glutes. HOWEVER, during this session it was so much fun!
Let me take you through one of my current leg day workouts, targeting the glutes in particular and also hitting some hamstrings too!
