FULL BODY Strength x Pilates Workout | 30 Min Dumbbell Sculpt with Warmup + Cooldown
This is a Full Body Strength x weighted pilates workout with dumbbells. This routine includes standing arm and leg work, lying lower body, chest and ab work, and includes NO lunges, squats, or kneeling, making it a knee friendly routine. This would be a great routine to add to a 3-2-1 Method of Strength, Pilates & Cardio week of workouts.
Dumbbell recommendations for Beginners: 3-5lbs for upper body, 5-10lbs for lower body exercises.
