He shows the two most over used chord progressions, and gives 3 examples of "good" chord progressions to use in various styles of reggae.

Kahn explains tonality and pickup position as well as technique on how to use your finger when plucking notes on the bass guitar,. HE then shows how to EQ nd compress the bass once its recorded.
