Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, with asanas that are held for longer periods of time. In each pose and posture, you are encouraged to be still, observe what arises in yourself, and allow yourself to soften into the edges of your experience. Yin Yoga is a wonderful way to release tension in mind and body.
