It's time to unleash “The Beard” but before that we’ll add some vital conditioning to the overall instrument. Another core component of a synthesizer is the envelope section that allows us to create and shape motion over a period of time. HALion 6 features individual envelopes for the amp, pitch and filter. We'll use the simple drag-and-drop technique to quickly add and connect the envelope parameters to the flexible HALion FX section. Once we are finished with the interface design it's time to prepare “The Beard” for export. Any instrument you make can quickly be shared with anyone using HALion 6 or any version of the HALion Sonic 3 family. By the way, HALion Sonic SE 3 is available as a free download from the Steinberg website.
