HAWAIʻI ISLAND - The Mana Road brush fire has jumped Highway 190, prompting officials to call for the evacuation of Waikoloa. The communities of Puʻukapu Hawaiian Homesteads and Waikiʻi Ranch are under mandatory evacuation orders.
