Crispy sabudana vada
1/2 cup sabudana
1/2 cup water
2 boiled potatoes
1/2 cup coriander leaves
1/3 cup roasted crushed peanuts.
2 tbsp green chili paste
Salt to taste
1 Lemon juice
firstly, in a large bowl take sabudana and wash 2- 3 time sabudana soak with enough water for 5-6 hours.
and spread sabudana on a clean cloth to dry completely
now take the sabudana in a large bowl.
also, add 2 grated potato and ½ cup peanuts.
additionally, add ginger chili paste, coriander leaves salt, lemon juice.
mix and mash well with your hand.
prepare vada by deep frying
finally, serve sabudana vada
With peanut chutney or farali chutney
