In this intense, 5-day live on-line course, my team will introduce you to simple, powerful tools and help you to apply them. Let's simplify and de-mystify the process of taking strategic action when we don't have much information.

The content

You'll learn to create growth mindsets and structures; how to trick your brain into unconventional thinking; how to get through a digital transformation; how to plan under high-uncertainty situations; how to think strategically about platform business models and how to manage the 'mothership' even as you're going through massive change.
