The Balance Board works on control and balance of the ankle. The movement is performed on a single leg, with a balance board which can vary in difficulty. Controlling the board back and forth tapping the front and back on each side of the ground. Not letting the board slam to the ground on the other side. Keep CONTROL!
Recommend sets and reps:
Complete 2-3x per side doing the movement for 20 reps on each leg
