GRILLED COD FISH BACCALA IN ORANGE SAUCE
Ingredients:
500g di Salted Cod (Baccala)
Juice and zest of 1 orange
Juice and zest of 1 lemon
100g breadcrumbs
50g chopped parsley
Salt
Pepper
Extra virgin olive oil
Step 1
Marinate the Cod Fish (Baccala) with orange juice, lemon juice and a little bit of olive oil.
Let stand for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Prepare the panoure with the breadcrumbs, grated orange zest, the grated lemon zest, salt, pepper and extra virgin olive oil.
Step 3
Breaded Cod Fish (Baccala) with panoure already prepared and put on the fire for 15 minutes.
Turn the grill halfway through cooking.
Step 4
Garnish with orange slices and fresh parsley
