Dollar Cost Averaging is a strategy in the stock market. Today I'm providing my video on a dollar cost averaging example while sharing how this works. People like Warren Buffett and the wealthy ultimately have dollar cost averaging at play with their incredibly large portfolio.

Even if you don't have a lot of money to invest, the dollar cost averaging method can help you out. Thanks to low or no commissions, you can execute trades of stock shares through investing apps such as Stash, Webull, and Robinhood.

Even outside of the stock market, did you know dollar cost averaging can also apply to bitcoin and cryptocurrency? I explain more of that strategy on this video, near the end of the video: [ Ссылка ]

Did you also know that dollar cost averaging can SAVE you on taxes? Usually when dollar cost average is applied, you end up holding the shares of stocks for over 1 year. By doing this your tax rate drops. If you sell shares of a stock in less than 1 year, you pay a higher capital gains tax versus holding on and not selling until after 1 year, where you typically would only pay your normal income tax rate. Boom!
