Many of the historic buildings in the city center of Yerevan, Armenia are being illegally torn down to make way for construction of privately-owned office buildings. In the process, dozens of families have been forcibly evicted from their homes. Those who remain are prohibited from making repairs, and are living in crumbling homes. We created this video, with a local photojournalist, to pressure Armenian officials to prevent or at least, slow the destruction of Yerevan's cultural heritage.
