Ingredients
- Green chillies 300 grams
- mustard oil 4 tbsp
- sugarcane vinegar 4 tbsp
- Whole Spices
- mustard seeds 3 tbsp
- saunf (fennel seeds) 2½ tbsp
- methi Dana (fenugreek seeds) 1 tsp
- Ajwain (carrom seeds) 1 tbsp
- 10 cloves of garlic finely chopped
- 1 tbsp haldi turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp salt.
Pre Preparation
- Cut both the ends of green chillies and cut it into halves as shown in the video
- heat mustard oil until it's Smokey and keep aside to cool down.
- heat the same oil again, add finely chopped garlic and saute until light golden and keep aside along with the oil.
- dry roast all the whole spices and grind it roughly.
Method
- add haldi , salt and ground spices and mix very well
- add vinegar mix it very well and let it rest for 10 minutes
- add the garlic oil and mix very well
- transfer it into a glass jar and keep it in sunlight for 2 days
- pickle is ready
