Some basic idea of how to use the Gear Planner so your newly level capped DDO character can be the best it can be... if you don't raids, won't craft, or otherwise can't be bothered with gear you can't obtain all by yourself.
I can't emphasize enough I am not an expert, this is to get you started. Outside of set bonuses, most items have one obvious bonus and a couple minor ones, so randomly generated loot that at least provides the main bonus will be good enough while you wait on the "right" item.
