Hi Guys - Hali here! Today I'm demonstrating one of the many ways I solder and finish a twist pattern ring made the base metal - brass!

Tools & Materials:

3” twisted brass wire in 18 GA
6” ruler
fine tip sharpie
ring mandrel
plastic mallet
ring clamp
bench pin
green lion saw frame
2/0 blades
barrett file
honeycomb board
solderite board
turntable soldering pan
pumice rocks
paint brush
handy flux
hard silver solder
tweezers
acetylene air torch
pickle and crockpot
fishbelly needle file
grit stick of 320 grit sandpaper
steel block
flex shaft
3M wheels 80, 150, 240 grits
foredom mini buffing lathe
3” cotton wheel
