Ingredients
12 slices of toasted bread (of your choice)
16 slices of bacon cut in half
8 romaine lettuce leaves cut in half
2 tomatoes sliced
1 small red onion sliced
16 ounces of turkey
8 slices of swiss cheese
¾ cup of mayonnaise
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: Party picks


Directions
Cut your bacon in half. Fry it until crispy. When done, place on a paper towel-lined plate and set aside.
Toast your bread.
For each sandwich lay out 3 slices of toasted bread. Spread mayonnaise on all 3 slices.
Top 2 of the slices of bread with 2 romaine lettuce halves each, 2 slices of tomato each, 2 slices of red onion each, 2 ounces of turkey each, 1 slice of swiss cheese each, 4 half slices of bacon each, and salt and pepper to taste.
Place one of the topped bread slices on top of the other topped bread slice.
Place the remaining bread slice, mayonnaise side down, on top of those two.
Cut the sandwich in half, or in quarters. Optionally you can hold them together with party picks.
Serve with your favorite side dish.
