Ingredients:
2lbs chicken thighs
2 tsp salt
2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp turmeric
2 oz chorizo sausage my favorite brand; Johnsonville
1 small red bell peppers;small diced
1 small green bell pepper;small diced
1 jalapeño or serrano
1/2 small onion
2 Roma tomatoes
2 minced garlic cloves
2 tsp tomato paste
1 cup white rice
1 1/2 cup chicken broth
1 serving of love 💕
