1.kg.mutton minced
1.tbls ginger paste
1.tbls garlic paste
1.1/2 tsp salt (as per test)
1.1/2 tsp coriander powder
2 .Tbls red chilli flakes and your test
1.tsp black pepper powder
1.tsp garam masala powder
1.1/2 tsp chat masala powder
1 hand full coriander leaves chopped
1 hand full mint leaves chopped
4 green chilli fine chopped
2 Tbls fried onion
1 tbls lemon juice
60 gm roasted chickpeas
30 gm broken cashew nuts
1/2 green bell pepper fine chopped
1/2 red bell pepper fine chopped
1 green capsicum fine chopped
1 small size Onion fine chopped
