After seeing and trying a lot of recipes, I took the best ideas to make my own recipe.
The ingredients you will need for this recipe are:
* Meat
* Vegetables:
- Onion
- Paprika
- Zucchini
- Aubergine
- Tomato
- Spinach
* The filling:
- 300 g of minced meat
- The chopped vegetables
- 6 pcs of garlic
- 2 pcs of tomato
- Leftover onions
- 3 tbsp of water
- 2 cups of rice
- Spices: - 1 tsp of dolma spices
- 1+1/2 tbsp of salt
- 1 tbsp of sumac spice
- 1 tsp spicy curry
- 1 tsp seven spices
- Parsley
- Lemon
- 1/2 cup of pomegranate molasses
- 1/2 cup of tomato paste
* the sauce:
- Chopped 2 tomato juice
- 1/2 cup of tomato paste
- 1/2 cup of pomegranate molasses
- One lemon juice
- Salt
- 1 cup of water
