For the past few years (and even in 2020), we've been constantly fed a message to hustle. On YouTube and Instagram and even our own homes, we are told to work hard, to be successful, to 'make that bread.' Because of that, I know I've been willing to put my health and relationships on the line for the hustle, to 'keep grinding.' So in today's video, I'm going to deconstruct hustle culture and explore the productivity paradox.
