I've played D2 for 30,000+ hours...and this just might be the most insane item I've ever found. 2/50 Ethereal Death's Web. Death's Web alone is one of the most rare Unique items in Diablo 2. Ethereal is only about a 5% chance. On top of that, only a 1/22 chance (4-5%) that it rolls perfect damage. Absolutely bonkers. You do the math. Check out the Drop, Pick, ID, and Commentary here! When I get to that Poison Nova Necromancer on my SSF Grail here...he's going to be wearing a trophy!
