How To Make Chinese Chicken & Corn Soup
6 cups chicken stock
3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 tsp fresh ginger
1 chicken breast
1 can creamed corn (400g)
1/4 cup water + 2 tbsp corn flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp soy sauce
2 egg whites
Garnish with parsley or spring onions
