Today I did 4 sets of 5 reps with 315 lbs on the barbell bench press! Right now I’m working out hitting the gym at 6-7AM 5 days a week and doing about 1.5 hour sessions these days.
My current training split:
Day 1: Chest/Triceps/Obliques/Cardio
Day 2: Legs/Biceps/Abs/Cardio
Day 3: Back/Rear Delts/Forearms/Obliques/Cardio
Day 4: Shoulders/Triceps/Abs/Cardio
Day 5: Legs/Back/Rear Delts/Biceps/Cardio
I start each day with a heavy compound! I end each day with a 15 minute stairmaster Netflix or YouTube sesh 😃
