If you're like me, who has been to Japan and loved CoCo's Chicken Cutlet Curry but came back to the United States and doesn't live anywhere close to Southern California where the few CoCo's USA restaurants are located, then this video is for you!
This is a super easy curry recipe and it's very delicious. Incredibly ideal for those who deal with the cold winters of the northern United States.

FOR THE CURRY:
-1 tbsp. of butter
-1 onion (diced or sliced)
-1 clove of garlic (or however much you want)
-1 1/2 cup of water
-1 1/2 cup of chicken stock or broth
-1 S&B curry block
*Everything was cooked on medium heat*
Stir it all together until you finally get the result as shown in the video
FOR THE CHICKEN:
-make thinly cut pieces of the chicken breast
-bask in egg
-bask in regular or potato flour, cornstarch works too
-bask in panko bread crumbs
-fry in an air fryer or frying pan with canola or vegetable oil, both work just fine
