Are plant-based milks safe for babies to eat? Which plant-based milk is best if your baby can’t have cow’s milk. None of the plant milks covered in this video (and cow’s milk) are appropriate in place of infant milk. Breastmilk and/or formula should be your baby’s primary drink until age 1…but if you want to explore using some of these plant-based milks in moderation - in this video I’m sharing pros and cons of each of these plant-based milks:
